Senior Business Manager – Auckland

We’re looking for a Senior Business Manager to join a high-performing independent media agency and help lead a portfolio of major client accounts across integrated media, performance, and strategy.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and loves bringing structure, strategic thinking, and momentum to client partnerships.

You’ll lead day-to-day relationships across key brands, oversee integrated media planning and delivery, and work closely with Performance, Data, SEO and specialist teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple moving parts - from client leadership and planning through to operational excellence and team development.

What you’ll bring:

• 6+ years media agency experience
• Strong media planning and client service expertise
• Experience leading integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media
• Confidence managing senior client relationships
• Strong organisation, communication and commercial skills
• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
