We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Manager who can lead enterprise analytics initiatives, modernize reporting operations, and shape the future of data strategy across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with strong business understanding and leadership capability.

You will oversee BI architecture, reporting automation, dashboard strategy, and performance analytics while managing a growing analytics team. You won’t just maintain reports — you will help leadership teams understand what the data actually means and how to act on it.

Key Responsibilities:Business Intelligence Strategy:

Lead enterprise business intelligence initiatives and develop scalable reporting frameworks aligned with organizational goals.

Reporting \& Dashboard Management:

Oversee the design, development, and optimization of dashboards, KPIs, executive reports, and automated reporting systems.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor BI analysts and reporting specialists while supporting collaboration across technical and operational teams.

Data Analysis \& Insights:

Translate large datasets into actionable business insights that support strategic planning and operational improvement.

Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, automation, and performance measurement processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with leadership, operations, finance, and technology teams to define reporting requirements and business priorities.

Governance \& Accuracy:

Ensure consistency, accuracy, security, and integrity across reporting systems and business intelligence processes.

What We Are Looking For:Experience:

7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or related fields, including leadership or team management experience.

Technical Expertise:

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Power BI
• SQL
• Dashboard development
• Data visualization
• KPI reporting
• Reporting automation
• Data modeling

Communication Skills:

Ability to present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership:

Experience managing analytics teams, coordinating projects, and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Problem Solving:

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities using data-driven approaches.

Pay: KD3,200.000 - KD4,000.000 per month
