Senior Business Development Manager - Chinese Speaking - Logistics Industry
Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare a business plan for Logistics to increase market share and deliver the growth strategy of the business taking
cognizance of opportunities and market conditions.
- Grow and maintain current logistics business, identifying market opportunities and high potential clients / prospects and create and
implement sales strategies to develop new business and achieve sales targets and results.
- Ensure through partnership with cross functional and specialisation teams, the creation of transport and logistics solutions to meet
customer needs.
- Provide and enhance business intelligence through the establish and development of a network with potential and existing customers or
key accounts.
- Lead logistics sales through coaching, developing and supporting sales staff especially regional sales staff in respect of technical insight
in order to achieve targets and objectives aligned with overall logistics sales plan and strategy.
- Increase confidence in and the reputation of the business in respect of any and all stakeholders, driving brand awareness and loyalty.
- Develop and establish relationships with internal teams such as operations and through these partnerships ensuring a seamless and
- quality service being provided to the client.
Qualifications
- Degree in Sales or Logistics Management.
- At least 5-10 years experience in Supply Chain/logistics industry with preferably 3 years in Contract Logistics
- Knowledge of Sales processes
- Computer literacy (Excel and Powerpoint)

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
