We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of revenue growth and strategic market expansion. You are not just a salesperson—you are a growth architect. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and turning strategic conversations into long-term business partnerships across Kuwait, the GCC region, and international markets.
You will act as the bridge between market opportunity and company execution, ensuring that every deal is structured for sustainable growth and mutual value.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth Ownership:
Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing high-value business opportunities.
Client Acquisition \& Relationship Building:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
Full Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire business development process—from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and contract closure.
Market Expansion Strategy:
Identify new markets, industries, and opportunities for business expansion across Kuwait and international regions.
Revenue Strategy Execution:
Work closely with leadership to align sales strategies with company growth objectives.
Negotiation \& Deal Structuring:
Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6–10+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Strategic Account Management.
Track Record:
Proven success in closing high-value deals and driving consistent revenue growth.
Industry Exposure:
Experience in GCC markets or international business environments is strongly preferred.
Skill Set:
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
Execution Mindset:
You are highly self-driven, structured in your approach, and comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (experience can outweigh formal education).
