Location: Field based, Ireland, ideally Galway, Limerick or Midlands

Schneider Electric is looking for a Senior BMS Service Engineer to join our Eco Buildings team in Ireland.

What the role involves

The role includes service, commissioning and final tuning of BMS and HVAC control systems across customer sites.

You’ll support project commissioning, site testing, maintenance activity and fault finding, including factory and site acceptance testing.

A key part of the role is diagnosing and resolving issues across HVAC plant, control systems and associated equipment.

You’ll also support small works projects, including practical design input, documentation, drawings, technical reports and customer updates.

As a senior member of the team, there may also be opportunities to support and mentor less experienced engineers.

The role is customer facing, so clear communication, ownership and a professional approach on site are important.

There is also participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
