Senior Barista

Job Purpose

Lead daily beverage operations by maintaining exceptional coffee quality, mentoring junior team members and ensuring operational excellence. Act as the role model for coffee standards, customer experience and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Coffee Quality Management

Lead espresso dial-in, grinder calibration and beverage quality control throughout the day while ensuring consistency across every drink served.

• Team Leadership

Coach, mentor and evaluate Junior Baristas, provide on-the-job training and maintain a positive, high-performing work culture.

• Operational Excellence

Supervise daily café operations, ensure SOP compliance, manage workflow during peak hours and resolve customer issues professionally.

• Inventory \& Equipment

Monitor inventory usage, minimize wastage, conduct stock counts and ensure preventive maintenance of coffee equipment.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years café experience.

· Knowledge of espresso, milk texturing and hand brewing.

· Leadership and coaching skills.

· Strong communication and customer service.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
