Job Summary:

The Senior Architect is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects from concept development to project completion. The role includes coordinating with clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams to ensure that all architectural works meet company standards, client requirements, safety regulations, and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and project plans according to client requirements and project specifications.
• Review and approve architectural layouts, shop drawings, and material selections.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering departments to ensure proper project execution.
• Supervise and monitor architectural works at the project site to ensure quality and compliance with approved drawings.
• Ensure all projects comply with local authority regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers regarding project progress and design coordination.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects, draftsmen, and site teams.
• Review project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to ensure timely completion of works.
• Identify design issues and provide practical architectural solutions.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports related to architectural progress and quality.
• Coordinate material approvals and ensure the use of approved construction materials.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project records.
• Assist management in project planning, cost estimation, and design development.
• Ensure confidentiality of company projects, designs, and client information.

Qualifications \& Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum [5–10] years of experience in architectural design and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and building codes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
