We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded risk professional who enjoys getting beneath the surface of complex issues and turning risk insights into practical outcomes. You will play a key role in strengthening service provider and operational resilience management across Shared Services, partnering with stakeholders across the business to improve processes, investigate issues, and support effective risk management.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing function responsible for strengthening operational resilience, governance, and third-party risk management across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll provide risk and governance expertise, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure robust controls and processes are in place.
This is a highly visible, stakeholder-focused role that will suit someone who enjoys influencing outcomes, solving complex problems, and driving positive change in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:

You'll have experience in areas such as operational resilience, third-party or supplier risk, governance, compliance, operational risk, or business improvement.
We're particularly interested in people who bring:
Banking or financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
While Auckland is our preferred location due to the collaborative nature of the role, we're open to applications from elsewhere in New Zealand. Occasional travel to Auckland (approximately once per month at the candidate's expense) will be required.
