Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior Accountant you will:

Manage customer master data and maintain data accuracy

Monitor, analyze, and collect receivables across KK Group entities

Identify, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies

Post transactions and allocating incoming payments

Prepare and distribute account statements and open balance reports

Deliver reports, analyses, and financial overviews

Actively participate in month-end and year-end closing activities

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments and locations

Respond to inquiries from customers, auditors, and internal teams

Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Support Invoice-to-Cash data migration and transformation projects

Our requirements

Who You Are

You bring both strong accounting expertise and a proactive mindset. You enjoy working independently while building positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

We're looking for someone who has:

Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or Accounts Receivable role

Knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems - Familiarity with MS Dynamics is considered a strong asset

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

A proactive, solution-oriented, "can-do" attitude

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

The ability to work independently in a global environment

Very good command of English, both written and spoken
