Job Description

Security Officer

• To command and supervise the shift of senior security guards, auxiliary police and security guards on duty.
• To assign guards to their respective posts and ensure that the guards are briefed and trained on their duties and responsibilities.
• To investigate, detain and resolve crime cases.
• To detail those personnel for escorting VVIPs and other dignitaries.
• To provide security coverage during promotions and functions.
• Maintaining a standard productivity and discipline level among the guards.
• To check on guards at their respective posts and ensure that the guards are briefed and trained on their duties and responsibilities.
• To assist the security officer in conducting roll call and uniform checks.
• To assist in the provision of security equipment for guards on duty.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum SPM with Credit in Bahasa Melayu \& Sejarah.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu \& English.
• Preferably ex-army/ ex- police officer.
• At least 2 years working experience.
