Defence Line Security Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Security Site Manager to oversee its Auckland operations on a full-time basis.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of staff and business operations across multiple sites. A company vehicle will be provided, and you will be expected to conduct regular site visits to ensure all work meets contractual standards and to address any issues as they arise.

Working hours will be scheduled on a 24/7 roster in line with existing contracts.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct regular visits to client sites.

· Supervise security officers and address performance-related matters.

· Communicate with the Director regarding any contractual breaches.

· Coordinate with police and law enforcement when necessary.

· Complete incident reports in a timely manner.

· Organise and maintain the security guard roster.

· Manage disciplinary matters when required.

· Track and maintain company assets such as uniforms and safety footwear.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role and/or a minimum of a relevant Level 5 qualification.

Employment Details

· Job type: Permanent, full-time

· Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience)

· Hours: Minimum 30 and maximum 45 hours per week

· Flexible hours available
