Security Guard Wanted – Full-Time \& Part-Time Positions Available

We are seeking experienced and professional Security Guards to join our team in a busy supermarket environment. If you are reliable, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about New Zealand security requirements, we would like to hear from you.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Security Guard is essential.
• Strong understanding of the Privacy Act 2020 and relevant New Zealand legislation.
• Excellent observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property.
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Current COA (Certificate of Approval) preferred.
• Have the right to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol supermarket premises.
• Prevent theft, loss, and anti-social behaviour.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare incident reports when required.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and New Zealand legislation.

Hours of Work

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Days and hours of work will be discussed during the interview process.
• Flexibility to work weekends is essential.
