Security Guard - Female

We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Female Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors, and property. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure environment by monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding promptly to incidents in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety
• Control entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles as per company procedures
• Conduct security checks and inspections when required
• Handle female staff or visitor checks in compliance with company policy and local regulations
• Observe, report, and respond to suspicious activities or security incidents
• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports
• Assist in emergency situations such as evacuations or medical incidents
• Ensure adherence to company security policies and UAE regulations

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Previous experience as a security guard is an advantage
• Valid security license/certification (if applicable)
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends
