We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary with experience in recruitment to join our team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support
- Manage emails, calls, and schedules
- Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview coordination
- Maintain applicant records and recruitment databases
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other office documents
- Coordinate with clients, candidates, and management as needed
