Secondary Education - Level Coordinator

QAT Children Development Center in Abu Dhabi is seeking a strategic Level Coordinator to join our academic leadership team. This role is designed for a trustworthy leader with high integrity and a passion for teacher mentorship.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years teaching experience
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Fluent in English and foreign language: Tagalog
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Instructional Leadership: Lead teaching staff and student activities within your assigned level to ensure a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Curriculum \& Innovation: Support the Academic Director in developing and implementing modern curricula and up-to-date learning methodologies.
• Teacher Mentorship: Act as a hands-on coach, using excellent people management skills to help educators refine their instructional techniques.
• Program Management: Lead the organization of impactful school activities and extracurricular programs with a positive, motivational mindset.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain smooth day-to-day operations through professional communication, reporting, and high health and safety standards.
• Candidate Profile: Requires a Degree in Education, a minimum of 4 years of teaching experience, and strong leadership skills.
