Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality Arabic language lessons, promote student achievement, and support students' academic and personal development in line with the school's curriculum and Ministry of Education standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Arabic lessons.
- Assess student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom.
- Differentiate teaching to meet students' learning needs.
- Participate in curriculum development, school events, and professional development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Follow safeguarding, child protection, and school policies.
Requirements
- University degree in the relevant specialization.
- Educational diploma or an accredited teaching qualification. Teaching license (if applicable).
- Minimum 3 years of secondary teaching experience.
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning.
- Preferably Bahraini nationals
Pay: BD400.000 - BD800.000 per month
