Your main responsibilities:

Drive the performance of multiple Agile teams in a scaled environment by enforcing effective Scrum or Kanban practices, enabling cross-team collaboration, and removing impediments; through focused coaching and facilitation, ensure fast, aligned, and continuously improving delivery of business value.

Guide and coach multiple Scrum teams in applying Agile principles and improving performance

Facilitate Scrum and scaled Agile events to drive effective collaboration and outcomes • Remove impediments and resolve team and cross-team issues

Foster self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams

Promote alignment, transparency, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders

Manage cross-team dependencies and support coordination in scaled environments

Identify and address systemic impediments and drive improvement using metrics and feedback

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles

Ability to support multiple Scrum teams and coordinate across teams

Experience handling cross-team dependencies and organizational impediments

Experience facilitating Scrum events in complex, multi-team environments

Experience with agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, predictability)

Experience in continuous improvement and retrospective facilitation

Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
