The Role

As a Scrum Master, you will drive sprint health, team discipline and continuous improvement across 3 assigned teams during our ongoing Agile transformation. You will champion a cultural shift toward accountability and realistic commitments, ensuring our teams deliver predictably and function as cohesive, high-performing units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive disciplined, time-boxed sprint ceremonies that teams actively value and find essential for alignment and delivery.
  • Foster proactive problem-solving by coaching teams to independently surface impediments, collaborate on solutions, and generate actionable insights during retrospectives.
  • Drive role accountability across the teams, clarifying backlog ownership with Product Managers and individual responsibilities with team members.
  • Lead cultural transformation by actively shifting team mindsets from passive acceptance to strong ownership and accountability.
  • Coach teams toward self-organisation through targeted capability building, active listening and continuous support alongside our Agile Coach.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Agile experience successfully serving as a Scrum Master.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously, guiding them through various levels of Agile maturity.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or an equivalent).
  • Exceptional facilitation and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to decisively surface blockers and effectively remove impediments.
  • Strong capability to influence without authority, building trust through transparency and clear communication with cross-functional partners.

Nice to Have

  • A career background that includes serving a minimum of five teams across different maturity levels.
  • Experience supporting teams through early-stage Agile adoption or transformation.
  • Experience with scaling Agile frameworks in a product centric environment.
