Your mission:
About the role
As a Scrum Master, you will support 2–3 cross-functional product teams in continuously improving their collaboration, delivery, and ways of working. You will work closely with Software Developers, Quality Engineers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leadership, and our Senior Agile Coach.
The role requires a pragmatic approach to balancing agile principles with real-world constraints such as customer commitments, dependencies, legacy systems, and different levels of team maturity.
Your Tasks
- Act as Scrum Master for 2–3 cross-functional product teams
- Support teams in breaking down complex work, maintaining a healthy backlog flow, and focusing on valuable outcomes
- Facilitate core Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Enable the effective application of Scrum and agile principles, with a strong focus on delivery, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove impediments affecting team effectiveness, flow, predictability, and quality
- Coach teams and stakeholders on agile ways of working in a pragmatic and context-sensitive manner
- Help teams improve collaboration and ways of working across Development, Product, and Business
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement rather than focusing on process compliance for its own sake
Your profile:
- At least 3 years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment
- Solid hands-on experience with Scrum; knowledge of Kanban or hybrid approaches is a plus
- Proven experience working with cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to identify and address impediments at both team and organizational level
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Strong understanding of systems thinking and organizational dynamics
- Ability to challenge teams and stakeholders constructively
- Focus on outcomes, learning, and continuous improvement rather than pure process compliance
- High degree of empathy combined with the assertiveness to drive meaningful change
You can look forward to:
- The opportunity to shape and grow an international R\&D hub with real impact
- A high-visibility leadership role influencing strategy, culture, and organizational development
- Close collaboration with HQ and our global R\&D organization
- The perspective to develop the site into a Center of Excellence
- Meal, cultural, and vacation vouchers, private medical insurance, and additional local benefits
