Scrum Master / Agile Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Master to support Agile teams and drive the adoption of Agile principles and practices across the organisation. The role will coach teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile practices and mindset.
• Identify and remove team impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Agile Coaches and stakeholders to support delivery priorities.
• Monitor Agile metrics such as burndown charts and team performance.
• Assess and improve team maturity, processes and ways of working.
• Promote continuous improvement, collaboration and effective communication.
• Support Agile adoption across teams and contribute to Agile communities of practice.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile principles and ceremonies.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in Design Thinking and Story Mapping is an advantage.
• Financial Services / Insurance industry experience is required.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
• Cross-cultural or international working experience is an advantage.
• Scrum Master / Agile certification such as CSM, PSM or Agile Coaching is preferred.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
