Your new role and environment.
The main responsibilities are facilitating the agile events and processes and guiding the teams in delivering the work and maximizing business value. A Scrum Master advises,trains, and coaches business and IT in the field of Agile working. In addition, a Scrum Master implements Agile methodologies in teams and their environment, increases collaboration within teams and implements innovations to maintain flexibility and adaptability as a department, with optimally functioning agile teams contributing to the organizational objectives.
You’ll have a wonderful combination of freedom and responsibility so that you can take ownership of the work that you do.
