Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Lead to join an Enterprise Delivery team supporting strategic technology and AI initiatives within a leading financial services organization. In this role, you'll partner closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to drive Agile delivery, remove impediments, and help teams deliver high-impact platform solutions. This is a 4-month contract with the potential for extension or full-time conversion, based in Pittsburgh, PA, requiring a minimum of 4 days onsite per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Leadership: Lead Scrum ceremonies, coach Agile teams, and promote Scrum principles, servant leadership, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Delivery \& Team Enablement: Remove impediments, facilitate collaboration, manage risks and dependencies, and help teams become more self-organized and effective.
• Product \& Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs, support business case development, draft business requirements, and communicate project progress to leadership.
• AI \& Platform Delivery: Support engineering teams implementing AI solutions, align teams to platform roadmaps and OKRs, and facilitate successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master or Scrum Lead supporting software development teams.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and servant leadership.
• Experience working with engineering teams and cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Agile Certified Scrum Master certification.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience supporting engineering teams implementing AI solutions or AI-enabled products.
• Financial Services or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Experience developing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and business cases.
• Knowledge of additional Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP, Crystal, or FDD.
• Previous leadership or people management experience.
