หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• เริ่มงานช่วงสิ้นเดือนสิงหาคม 2569 (เมื่อสมัครแล้วจะได้รับสัมภาษณ์ทางโทรศัพท์ และนัดสัมภาษณ์ออนไลน์ 30 นาที กรณีผ่านจะนัดดูงาน ณ ห้องพยาบาลของโรงเรียน) - ดูแลเด็กนักเรียนในห้องพยาบาล - ปฐมพยาบาลนักเรียน - ส่งนักเรียนไปโรงพยาบาลในกรณีเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน - อื่นๆ ตาม Job Description ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน ทำงานวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 7.30 - 16.30 น. หยุดเสาร์ อาทิตย์และนักขัตฤกษ์ เงินเดือน 24,000 - 25,000 บาท ขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์

• 1. Promotes, protects, maintains and attains optimal care for the physical and mental health of the students
• 1. Provides first aid for injuries and acute illness
• 1. Initiates prompt referral to the appropriate medical facility when more extensive treatment is warranted
• 1. Performs crisis intervention if necessary
• 1. Administers medicine as requested by parents or as directed by physicians
• 1. Provide health counseling for students and staffs
• 1. Participate in establishing or revising school health policies
• 1. Maintain a daily medical log and report on incidents and accidents as per school policy
• 1. Establish and maintain individual health records
• 1. Maintains stock of medicines and first aid equipment and regular stock checks
• 1. Inputs and maintains medical records of students and provides reports for student trips and other purposes as required
• 1. Arranges first aid equipment for students and teachers for field trips
• 1. Clean bed, mattress and bed sheets once a week or when necessary.
• 1. Prepare glasses, medical equipment and medical supplies every evening.
• 1. Sterile medical equipments monthly or when necessary
• 1. Coordinate with parents when the student needs to get any first aid medications.
• 1. Coordinate with homeroom teachers and parents when referral is needed.
• 1. Separate the student when contagious disease occurred and coordinate with a health promoting hospital to prevent the spreading of disease.
• 1. Screening for infectious disease e.g. HFMD at kindergarten building every morning. 20. Follow up the student via telephone when the student has contagious disease and stays at home or is hospitalized. 21. Input medical event data into Renweb every evening. 22. Screen medical form about student’s allergies then record in Renweb and remind homeroom teacher about those allergies. 23. Coordinate with teachers and the hospital for annual health check-up. 24. Coordinate and prepare documents for the accident insurance claim process.

• • เรียนจบด้านพยาบาลศาสตร์โดยตรง - มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพ - หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในโรงเรียนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานได้ - CV/Resume in English ระบุข้อมูลชื่อ 2 บุคคลอ้างอิง อีเมลและเบอร์ติดต่อ - ไม่มีประวัติอาชญากรรม

• Be a qualified nurse (Have a nursing license/ be registered with the Thailand Nursing Council)

• Experience in school will be advantage

• Have a calm and commanding nature in situations of emergency

• Enjoy working in a school environment and with children

• Service mind and can do attitude
