Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Scaffolder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding structures, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of scaffold practices and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Scaffold Builder will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by providing secure access for workers and materials.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to specifications and safety standards.
- Inspect scaffolding for stability and safety before use.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure efficient workflow on-site.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing tasks.
- Assist in other construction-related tasks as needed, including painting, electrical work, roofing, welding, masonry, plumbing, and fabricating.
Skills
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to scaffold building.
- Experience in painting, electrical work, roofing, welding, masonry, plumbing, and fabrication is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of construction safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

Pay: £90.00-£200.00 per day
