Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Scaffolder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding structures, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of scaffold practices and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Scaffold Builder will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by providing secure access for workers and materials.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to specifications and safety standards.
• Inspect scaffolding for stability and safety before use.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure efficient workflow on-site.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while performing tasks.
• Assist in other construction-related tasks as needed, including painting, electrical work, roofing, welding, masonry, plumbing, and fabricating.

Skills

• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to scaffold building.
• Experience in painting, electrical work, roofing, welding, masonry, plumbing, and fabrication is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of construction safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
