Job Title: SAP Business Analyst (B1)/ERP Process Analyst

The Role:

CJ Sheeran Group, Ireland's largest manufacturer and recycler of timber packaging and pallets, is seeking a proactive and analytically minded SAP Business Analyst (B1) / ERP Process Analyst to join our growing team. This role will work closely with stakeholders across all departments to optimise the use of our SAP Business One system, ensuring processes are standardised, efficient, and aligned to business objectives. The role will span all CJS companies and databases.

The successful candidate will play a key role in documenting procedures, reviewing and improving business processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned to our SAP roadmap and system blueprint. They will act as a central point of coordination between the business, internal ITand our external SAP partner(*s), ensuring issues are resolved effectively, Masterdata is maintained to a high standard and users are supported through training and best practice. This role is critical to enhancing system adoption, improving data quality and supporting the company’s ongoing Digital Transformation and Operational E*xcellence initiatives

Responsibilities:

· Document SAP procedures and business processes

· Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned to the CJS SAP Blueprint

· Conduct regular process reviews with Stakeholders across departments

· Identify inefficiencies and propose system/process improvements

· Align improvements with CJS SAP roadmap and ongoing projects

· Monitor SAP alerts and issues – liaising with originator/user to resolve

· Investigate recurring issues and coordinate resolution with users and partners

· Maintain accuracy of Items, Business Partners and Pricing/key transactional data

· Identify areas of repeated/recurring user error and rectify via SOP/process improvement

· Deliver or coordinate targeted training

· Improve system adoption and consistency

· Maintain task log for:

· Internal SAP resources

· External SAP B1 partner(s)

· Prioritise and track delivery of fixes and enhancements

Requirements:

· Degree or diploma in Business Systems, Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations, Accounting/Finance, Computer Science/IT or a related discipline

· 2 or more years operating in a similar role is advantageous

· Experience with ERP systems and Manufacturing/Distribution environments preferred

· Process-focused individual with a Continuous Improvement mindset, using questioning and analysis to identify root causes and drive effective solutions

· Full clean driving licence, some travel to company sites required

Pay: €48,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
