Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in both Salesforce Administration and Development. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end technical ownership of the Salesforce platform, supporting Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Lightning Experience, Apex, LWC, and API integrations.
This role supports approximately 400 internal and external users and involves a complex enterprise integration landscape. The ideal candidate should be able to manage platform operations, develop scalable solutions, ensure system stability, and reduce dependency on external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Platform Administration
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls
- Configure objects, fields, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and assignment rules
- Design and maintain Flow-based automation
- Support reporting, dashboards, and platform documentation
- Ensure Salesforce security, governance, and access control standards
Salesforce Development
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Queueable Apex
- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components
- Design scalable automation logic and data models
- Refactor existing technical debt and improve system performance
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits and best practices
Service Cloud \& Field Service Lightning
- Support case lifecycle automation, SLA management, and escalation workflows
- Configure and extend Omni-Channel routing
- Customize Field Service processes including work orders, service appointments, scheduling logic, dispatching, and mobile workforce functionality
Integration \& API Management
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations
- Support secure authentication and API governance
- Troubleshoot integration issues and document integration flows
- Support transition from point-to-point integrations toward middleware-based architecture
Operational Support \& Release Management
- Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce platform issues
- Troubleshoot automation failures, defects, and recurring system issues
- Perform root cause analysis and maintain knowledge base documentation
- Manage Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, sandbox strategy, and controlled production deployments
Governance \& Architecture Alignment
- Ensure Salesforce solutions align with enterprise architecture standards
- Participate in architecture reviews and provide technical input
- Challenge non-scalable or non-compliant solutions
- Maintain technical documentation and support long-term platform scalability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5–8+ years of Salesforce experience across both administration and development
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Proven experience with Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning
- Experience working in integration-heavy enterprise environments
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments with 400+ users
- Exposure to middleware platforms

Pay: Up to QAR22,000.00 per month
