Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to contribute to the delivery and enhancement of a Salesforce platform. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting key business functions through scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions. The role offers flexibility with remote working options while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customised Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements
• Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), and Visualforce pages
• Develop and configure workflows, process builders, and automation within Salesforce
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure integrations between Salesforce and external systems are robust and scalable
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimisation of existing solutions
• Maintain technical documentation, including solution design and development artefacts

Skills \& Experience

Essential

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Desirable

• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II)
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Adaptable and responsive within short project timeframes
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality delivery
