Sales/Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team! This role combines online customer support and in-store sales activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, etc.)
• Assist customers online by providing product information and recommendations
• Follow up on customer orders and maintain excellent customer service
• Visit store locations as required and work as a Sales Lady to assist walk-in customers
• Promote beauty and cosmetic products and support achieving sales targets
• Coordinate with the team regarding customer requests and store operations
• Maintain a professional and positive brand image both online and in-store

Requirements:
✔ Arab Female currently residing in Kuwait
✔ Previous experience in Sales and Customer Service is preferred
✔ Good communication skills in Arabic and English
✔ Comfortable working both online and in-store
✔ Strong interpersonal, sales, and customer handling skills
✔ Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
