Job Description
As our Sales Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the front-end operations of the store and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
From overseeing checkouts and customer service to supporting loss prevention and operational processes, you’ll help ensure the store runs smoothly day in and day out.
You’ll lead and inspire a team of passionate individuals, creating a positive team culture where people feel motivated, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your energy, organisation, and people skills will make a real difference — both to your team and to the wider community.
