Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our 5-Gallon Water Division. In this role, you will manage a team of route sales representatives, optimize distribution routes, and execute strategic sales plans to expand our residential and corporate client base. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of route-to-market logistics, and a proven track record in the beverage or FMCG sector.
KRAs:
§ Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of BDEs and Delivery Drivers to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
§ Market Expansion: Identify and secure new B2B (corporate/offices) and B2C (residential) accounts to increase market share.
§ Route Optimization: Monitor and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency, reduce fuel costs, and ensure 100% on-time delivery.
§ Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, addressing customer feedback and ensuring high levels of client retention.
§ Performance Tracking: Analyse sales data, track team KPIs, and prepare weekly performance reports for senior management.
§ Inventory \& Asset Control: Ensure accurate loading/unloading of 5-gallon bottles, monitor dispenser assets placed at client sites, and manage empty bottle returns.
Min. Requirements:
§ Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
§ Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within the 5-gallon water, beverage, or FMCG industry.
Skills:
§ Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
§ Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
§ Proficiency in CRM software (SAP, SONIC), route optimization tools, and MS Excel.
License: Valid driver's license is mandatory. Deep knowledge of local geography and road networks is highly preferred.
Pay: AED2,618.71 - AED9,354.80 per month
