The Role
At Baxter, our mission is simple but powerful: to save and sustain lives. As a Sales Specialist, you won’t just sell products—you’ll help hospitals deliver better care to patients every day.
In this highly visible role, you’ll partner with clinicians, nursing teams, pharmacy professionals, and procurement leaders across major hospitals in your territory. By building strong, trusted relationships, you’ll become a valued advisor—bringing innovative infusion and pharmaceutical solutions that support safer, more efficient, and more effective patient care.
You’ll take ownership of driving both sales growth and customer education across our Infusion Therapy and Platforms and Ready-to-Use Premix Medication portfolios, managing the QLD territories, including advanced products, services, and equipment. From identifying new opportunities to strengthening existing partnerships, your work will directly influence revenue growth while improving clinical outcomes.
