A well reputed real estate developer in Oman is looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Representative to join their sales team - ( Females only )

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
  • Offer professional advice and guidance on property buying and investment opportunities
  • Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network to foster business opportunities
  • Stay well-informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings
  • Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty
  • Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potential investment Facilitate the timely closure of property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed

Requirements

  • Females Only
  • Russian, Arabic (Lebanese, Tunissian, Moroccan, Syrian ) \& Farsi (Iraninan) speakers only
  • minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience in Real Estate, Fashion, Luxury Retails, Aviation or Hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Exhibits a strong passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
