About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers across your territory. You will be responsible for promoting our wide range of high-quality food products, including spices, nuts, grains, Groceries, and herbs.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within designated territories
• Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service and support
• Promoting and selling the full range of Hecham Group's food products
• Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring profitability
• Providing regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of the food market and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
• A proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in negotiation and closing sales deals.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Proficient English language skills and Ability to speak Arabic, or Afghan languages (Dari/Pashto) is Essential
