Sales Representative

The ideal candidate is expected to issue sales documents such as delivery order (DO), invoice, tax invoice, etc.. to customers and liaise with other department and the customers regarding the sales. No higher education is required, though applicants with broad experience in sales is expected. The initial salary provided is negotiable. Please be noted that the monthly salary for your subsequent working months in our company is subjected to change depending on your working performance. More details will be conveyed during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Provide management with reports detailing customer requirements, issues, interests, competitive actions, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Qualifications

• Punctual and able to work in these working hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.30a.m. to 5.30p.m.

Saturday: 8.30a.m. to 1.00p.m.

• Broad experience in sales
• Average to high proficiency in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to create hospitable customer experience
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Dedicated to work and willing to learn
• High confidence
• Enjoy working in group environment and able to work independently
• Multilingual is preferred
