M8 Nails \& Beauty Supply is a growing professional nail and beauty products wholesale and retail business based in Dublin 24.
We operate a professional showroom, warehouse and online sales platform, supplying nail salons, nail technicians and beauty professionals across Ireland.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, sales-driven and experienced Sales \& Operations Manager to help us promote our products, develop new customers and grow our presence in the Irish market.
This is a wholesale sales and business operations position, not a nail technician or salon service role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Promotion \& Sales — Main Priority
* Actively promote M8 nail and beauty products to professional customers.
* Introduce new products, seasonal collections and promotional offers.
* Develop effective sales approaches to increase orders and repeat purchases.
* Organise product demonstrations and customer promotional activities.
* Identify best-selling products and recommend sales opportunities.
* Support online and offline marketing campaigns.
2. New Customer Development
* Visit nail salons and beauty businesses across Dublin and surrounding areas.
* Build relationships with nail salon owners, managers and professional nail technicians.
* Develop new wholesale customer accounts.
* Follow up with enquiries, quotations and potential orders.
* Maintain long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
* Gather market feedback and competitor information to support business growth.
3. Sales Team \& Daily Operations
* Coordinate daily showroom and wholesale operations.
* Supervise and support sales and warehouse staff.
* Organise staff schedules, responsibilities and daily priorities.
* Maintain high customer service and product presentation standards.
* Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
4. Inventory \& Order Management
* Monitor stock availability and fast-moving products.
* Coordinate receiving, stock control, order picking and dispatch.
* Work with the team to maintain accurate inventory records.
* Use Odoo or similar inventory systems to support efficient operations.
* Report stock shortages and replenishment requirements.
5. Sales Performance \& Reporting
* Monitor daily and weekly sales performance.
* Track new customer acquisition, customer follow-ups and repeat orders.
* Prepare weekly sales and operational reports for the business owner.
* Recommend practical ways to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction and develop the business.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
* Experience in sales, retail, wholesale or business development.
* Previous management or supervisory experience.
* Strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Confident in introducing products and approaching new customers.
* Organised, proactive, reliable and self-motivated.
* Ability to lead a small team and work independently.
* Comfortable working with computer systems and sales reports.
* Legal right to work in Ireland.
Highly Desirable
* Previous experience working in or managing a nail salon.
* Knowledge of professional nail products and salon consumables.
* Experience selling products to nail salons or beauty businesses.
* Existing knowledge of the Irish nail and beauty industry.
* Experience in wholesale account management or field sales.
* Familiarity with Odoo or similar inventory systems.
* Driving licence and access to a vehicle for customer visits.
Salary \& Probation
The position includes a one-month probationary period.
* During the first month, the hourly rate will be €18.00.
* Following successful completion of probation, the hourly rate will be €23.00–€25.00, depending on the agreed rate, experience and performance.
* Additional sales-related performance bonus opportunities will be available under an agreed bonus scheme.
* Performance will be reviewed during the first month, with particular attention to product knowledge, customer development, sales initiative, communication and daily operations.
All employment terms will be confirmed in the employment agreement and will comply with applicable Irish employment law.
