Responsible for sales planning, forecasting, analytics, CRM, and pricing management to drive business growth and sales performance.
What You’ll Do
Sales Planning & Forecast Management
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting.
- Consolidate global sales forecasts from regional sales managers.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Coordinate demand planning with Operations and Supply Chain.
- Prepare sales budget and revenue planning.
- Track sales KPIs.
- Monitor sales target achievement.
- Develop performance scorecards.
Sales Performance Analytics
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and KPI reports.
- Analyze sales trends, customer performance, product mix, and profitability.
- Monitor Revenue, Gross Margin, Booking, Backlog, Pipeline, Win/Loss Ratio, and Forecast Accuracy.
- Present management reports for executive meetings.
Sales Strategy
- Work with cross functional teams and Head of Sales to formulate sales strategy, sales strategic plans and actions, and strategic KPIs for mid- and long-term strategy.
- Monitor progress of strategic action execution
- Own risk management plan and mitigation plan for sales organization
CRM & Sales Process Management
- Own CRM system administration and data quality.
- Ensure sales opportunities are updated accurately.
- Standardize sales processes and best practices.
- Improve sales workflow efficiency.
- Drive CRM adoption across the sales organization and coordinate with all related departments.
Pricing & Commercial Operations
- Manage pricing approval processes.
- Maintain global price lists.
- Conduct pricing analysis and profitability studies together with product managers.
- Own global pricing strategy.
Sales Reporting
Prepare regular management reports including Weekly Sales Report, Monthly Revenue Dashboard, Sales Pipeline Review, Customer Revenue Analysis, Product Revenue Analysis, Sales KPI Dashboard, Executive Committee Reports, and Board of Directors Reports.
Business Process Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement sales process improvements.
- Standardize reporting templates.
- Automate reporting with IT tools.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Product Lifecyle Management Support
- Own business case analysis for Product Initiation and Product Development
- Update business plan during product lifecycle
- Coordinate with product marketing and application engineering teams on Product Sales Strategy Plan.
- Consolidate customer requirements and customer business inputs for new product development.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field. MBA is an advantage.
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Business Analytics.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, engineering or technology industry is preferred.
- Experience supporting international sales teams is an advantage.
