We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing new opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, and delivering SAP consulting and digital transformation solutions. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, collaborating with consulting and delivery teams, and achieving sales and profitability targets. This role prioritizes hunting capability, executive networking, and value-based selling over deep technical knowledge. Full pre-sales and technical support is provided by internal Solution Architects.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Business Development \& Sales
- Drive new enterprise account acquisition and close complex SAP software and consulting deals.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for SAP consulting and implementation services.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop account strategies and expand existing client relationships.
B. Executive Engagement
- Conduct value-based selling and discuss digital transformation/AI outcomes with C-level executives.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, CIOs) to discuss business value, ROI, and digital transformation outcomes.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate SAP solutions.
- Conduct client presentations, workshops, and commercial discussions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
C. Proposal and Opportunity Management
- Manage and grow large enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to develop competitive solutions.
- Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline, providing precise forecasting and executing value-based selling strategies.
D. Market Development
- Partner effectively with SAP Thailand's sales teams and orchestrate bids alongside ABeam's internal delivery teams.
- Stay up to date with SAP solutions, market trends, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with SAP and strategic partners to generate business opportunities.
- Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8–15+ years of senior IT/Software sales experience with a proven track record in SAP sales or top-tier ERP ecosystems (Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics).
- Core Solution Knowledge: Strong business-value understanding of SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, and BTP.
- Network: An existing, active relationship network with C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CIO) within Thai enterprise customers.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Proven capability to lead large, complex consulting deals from initial lead generation to contract signature.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier university (Business, IT, Engineering, or related).
- Fluent in both Thai and English
