POSITION

Drive revenue growth, customer adoption, and long-term client partnerships within an assigned region, positioning Ariane as the most trusted, adoption-driven self-service partner in hospitality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver annual sales targets (one-off and ARR) in line with Ariane’s 3-year sales plan.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closure.
• Develop strong relationships with hotel chains, franchise groups, and individual properties.
• Work closely with pre-sales, project, and support teams to ensure successful installations, pilots, and rollouts.
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in Salesforce.
• Identify attrition risks and partner with Customer Success to protect recurring revenues.
• Represent Ariane at industry events and build the brand in local markets.
• Represent Ariane professionally and with integrity at all times, both internally and externally.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree-level education, 2 years’ sales experience.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in hospitality tech or B2B SaaS.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of hotel operations and digitalisation drivers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and disciplined pipeline management.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with long, consultative sales cycles.

Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
