About this job

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to identify new business opportunities, develop Hospitality customer relationships, and support business growth initiatives. The role combines business development, pre-sales consulting, and solution selling to deliver value-driven proposals that address customer needs and business challenges.

What you'll do

Business Development \& Pre-Sales

• Identify and develop new Hospitality business opportunities.
• Engage prospective customers and build long-term business relationships.
• Support the sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal development.

Partnership Development

• Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and business partners.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver integrated solutions that create customer value (eco system/eco partners).

Consultative Solution Selling

• Understand customer business objectives, operational needs, and challenges.
• Develop solution-based proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Conduct presentations and business discussions with customer stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with regional and global teams to share insights and support business initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of customer solutions.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in: Business Development, Hospitality Sales, Key Account Management, Solution Sales
• Experience managing Hospitality customers and large-scale business opportunities.
• Experience in Commercial TV, Digital signage is preferred.
• Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling.
• Good knowledge of technology solutions and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with key decision makers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across complex projects.
• Knowledge of solution integration and enterprise business environments.
• Understanding of channel and partner ecosystems.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
