Job Title: Sales Manager (Heavy Truck, Equipment and Construction Material)
Experience Required: 2 to 4 years.
Location: Al Ain.
Eligibility:

• Previous experience in sales of quarry materials and construction materials such as red sand, white sand, and all crusher materials, in addition to experience in transportation operations and truck movement coordination, is preferred.
• The job is open to all Arab nationalities and residents within the UAE only.

Job Summary:

• The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales and transportation operations of quarry materials, including all types of sand and crusher materials, while monitoring truck movement and coordinating with customers and drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work towards achieving sales targets and expanding the company’s customer base.
• Oversee the sales and transportation of quarry materials such as red sand, white sand, and all crusher materials.
• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with the operations team to ensure fast execution of requests.
• Coordinate and monitor truck movements and drivers to ensure adherence to daily delivery schedules.
• Ensure materials are delivered to customers on time and in the required quantities.
• Manage and organize daily transportation schedules and monitor vehicle operations on-site.
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Prepare daily reports related to sales, transportation, and deliveries.
• Monitor driver and vehicle performance and report any delays or operational issues.

Requirements:

• Practical experience in construction materials sales, quarry materials, or the transportation and contracting sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage teams and supervise field operations.
• Good knowledge of transportation operations, trucking, and distribution planning.
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP system is mandatory, along with the ability to prepare daily reports.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic is required, and English.
