Your Role

• Acquire new clients by phone and email.
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored advice to help them achieve their goals.
• Conduct sales conversations and follow up consistently.
• Maintain accurate client records and document sales activities.
• Create customized proposals that match client requirements.
• Proactively improve processes and offerings to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Support Presetters and Setters with professional guidance and sales techniques.

What You Bring

• A passion for sales and strong persuasive communication skills.
• Proven experience as a closer in the services sector, with a track record of successful high-ticket sales.
• A strong sense of ownership and excellent organizational skills.
• Motivation to embrace challenges and continuously improve.
• A goal-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed.
• Ideally, some experience in e-commerce (Shopify knowledge is a plus).
• Commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
