Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy \& Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in AI solutions.

Identify, target, and acquire new clients across key industries (finance, insurance, retail, telecom, call center, etc.).

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.

Client Engagement \& Relationship Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.

Understand client needs and tailor AI solutions to address their business challenges.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize business value.

Product \& Market Expertise

Stay updated on AI trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape.

Work closely with technical teams to understand product capabilities and deliver compelling demonstrations to clients.

Provide client feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement.

Sales Performance \& Reporting

Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and business objectives.

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize strategies.

Collaboration \& Cross-Functional Engagement

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and AI conferences to strengthen brand presence

求める人材:

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in AI, Insurance, SaaS, IT, Telecom, or other technology-driven industries.

Experience selling AI or IT solutions is highly desirable. Candidates with a strong background in technology or software sales will also be considered.

Strong network and experience selling to enterprise clients, especially in finance, Insurance, retail, telecom, call center, etc.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand complex AI/IT solutions and translate them into business value.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
