Overseas Sales Specialist (Based in Turkey)

Job Responsibilities

1. Drive business development in Turkey and surrounding markets, acquire local clients through diversified channels, screen exhibitions, distribution channels and brand events consistent with the company’s brand positioning, and conduct cooperation negotiations.

2. Serve as the key liaison for overseas clients, participate in international trade negotiations, prepare cooperation quotations, draft and follow up contracts and agreements.

3. Manage daily export operations for the Turkish region, track orders, production scheduling and shipments, optimize business procedures, and maintain stable overseas inventory and smooth delivery.

4. Coordinate domestic customs declaration, sea freight logistics and overseas customs clearance procedures, and ensure foreign trade compliance and shipment safety.

5. Conduct daily email communication and business liaison with overseas partners, draft and translate business documents, retain existing customers and develop new orders.

6. Complete other overseas business and stationing work assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in International Trade, Business English or related fields; candidates with food industry sales experience are preferred.

2. Excellent business communication and negotiation skills; native Turkish citizen with fluent English for professional business communication.

3. Diligent, responsible and execution-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills; outstanding negotiation competence, quick learning ability and stress tolerance; proactive, self-disciplined and trustworthy.

4. Possess basic knowledge of international trade and foreign sales; proficient in office software; familiarity with full export workflows is a plus.

5. Training Headquarters: 10th Floor, Building 3, Boduo Sengu, No.18 Jinheng Road, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China.

6. Systematic training will be provided at the headquarters after recruitment. Upon passing the assessment, you will be stationed long-term in Turkey to take charge of comprehensive business covering Turkey and surrounding regions.
