รายละเอียดงาน

• Align sales efforts with the overall business objectives of the hotel.
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
• Monitor competitors and stay informed about industry dynamics.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Personally handle negotiations with key clients and larger accounts.
• Work closely with other hotel departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to sales.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and other relevant metrics.
• Build and maintain a strong professional network within the hospitality industry.

Customer Service Focus:

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns or issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Thai Nationality

• Both Male/Female can apply

• Hotel industry work experience

• Able to work and converse efficiently with all levels of colleagues, clients and other external contacts

• A resulted oriented with good interpersonal skills and communication skills

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills

• Previous role as Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager in a similar quality hotel
