About Arrivy
Arrivy is a fast-growing US-based SaaS company building an Operations Execution Cloud for businesses that manage field teams, service operations, logistics, and physical workflows.
Our cloud platform helps companies streamline scheduling, dispatch, routing, field service management, dock scheduling, workforce management, digital forms, customer communication, and AI-powered operational processes.
With a growing global customer base, Arrivy is establishing its regional presence in Doha to serve businesses across Qatar, the GCC, and beyond.
About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Manager to establish and grow Arrivy’s business in Qatar and the GCC, while also selling to field-service operators worldwide.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role. You’ll start by finding customers and closing deals yourself, then help build and lead a regional sales team as the business grows. It’s a revenue-generating role, not solely a team management position.
The ideal candidate has a proven background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, can understand a technical product in depth, and can independently build and manage a pipeline.
Because you’ll work with customers and colleagues around the world, this role requires flexible working hours, including regular early-morning or evening calls across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development \& Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Qatar, the GCC, and international markets.
- Run the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and close.
- Build relationships with business owners, senior executives, operations leaders, and IT decision-makers.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build compelling business cases that show operational efficiency, cost savings, and ROI.
- Manage procurement, tender responses, and security reviews, including data-residency and hosting questions from larger and semi-government buyers.
- Run international deals effectively remotely and across time zones.
Market Expansion \& Relationship Building
- Establish Arrivy’s presence in Qatar’s business and technology ecosystem.
- Build relationships with companies in logistics, warehousing, construction, energy, utilities, facilities management, and field services.
- Identify strategic partnerships and referral opportunities.
- Represent Arrivy at industry events, conferences, customer meetings, and networking activities.
- Share market insight and competitive intelligence to shape regional sales strategy.
Sales Leadership \& Operations
- Help recruit, train, coach, and manage SDRs and Account Executives as the regional team grows. Until then, this is a hands-on selling role.
- Establish effective outbound prospecting and lead-generation processes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Work with global marketing, product, solutions engineering, and customer success teams, bringing in technical support at the right point in each deal.
- Ensure clean handover of closed deals so implementation inherits accurate expectations.
- Provide regular sales performance updates to company leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B software, SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise technology sales.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and closing B2B deals.
- The ability to understand a deeply technical product — routing, scheduling, integrations, and APIs — well enough to hold your own with IT and technical buyers.
- Experience managing the complete software sales cycle, including multi-stakeholder deals.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline independently through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship development.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Flexibility to work outside standard Doha hours, including evening calls with US-based colleagues and international customers.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Based in Qatar or willing to relocate to Doha. We sponsor work visas for candidates relocating to Qatar.
- Willingness to travel across the GCC when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the Qatar market and regional business environment.
- Existing business relationships and professional networks in Qatar or the GCC.
- Experience selling into logistics, construction, energy, facilities management, or related industries.
- Knowledge of field service management, ERP, CRM, workflow automation, or operations software.
- Experience selling to government or semi-government entities.
- Experience leading or mentoring sales teams.
- Arabic language proficiency.
- Experience opening new territories or launching technology products in the GCC.
Compensation \& Benefits
- Monthly base salary: QAR 13,000–20,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Sales commission: performance-based incentives tied to new recurring revenue.
- On-target annual earnings: approximately QAR 200,000–340,000, depending on target achievement.
- Medical insurance.
- Full visa sponsorship, Qatar residence permit (QID) processing, and relocation support to Doha.
- End-of-service benefits per Qatar Labour Law.
- A path into regional sales leadership as the team grows.
- The chance to work with an international SaaS company and AI-powered technology.
Pay: QAR13,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
