Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic, presentable, and customer-focused Sales Lady with experience in cosmetics, hair-care products, and perfumes to join our retail team in Kuwait.The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience in Kuwait and strong knowledge of beauty products, fragrance categories, customer service, and retail sales. She should be confident in approaching customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional product guidance.
• Sell cosmetics, skincare, hair-care products, and perfumes based on customer needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate products and explain their features, benefits, ingredients, and proper use.
• Support customers in selecting suitable perfumes, makeup shades, hair products, and beauty items.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain attractive product displays, shelves, testers, and promotional areas.
• Monitor stock availability and report low-stock or fast-moving items to the supervisor.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Maintain high personal grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance standards.
• Follow company policies, pricing, promotions, and cash-handling procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Lady, Beauty Advisor, Cosmetics Sales Consultant, Perfume Sales Associate, or Retail Sales Executive in Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, hair-care products, perfumes, and beauty trends.
• Experience working in cosmetic shops, perfume stores, salons, pharmacies, beauty retailers, or shopping malls is preferred.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Presentable, confident, friendly, and able to build trust with customers.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Candidates currently available in Kuwait are preferred.
• Transferable residency is preferred.
