Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass), HSC
Experience
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Shop/Showroom
Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 25 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Welcome customers and assist them based on their needs
  • Have knowledge about motorcycle models and features
  • Arrange test rides for interested customers
  • Provide information on pricing, EMI, and finance options
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documents
  • Keep the showroom and motorcycles clean and presentable
  • Follow up with customers after sales
  • Monitor stock levels and report to management
  • Coordinate with the service/workshop team
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
