Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Executive with a background as a Biomedical Technician or Engineer. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between complex medical technology and client needs. You will use your hands-on knowledge of medical hardware and diagnostic devices to build trust with hospital procurement teams, doctors, and biomedical departments, driving sales growth while offering expert technical insights

Sales \& Business Development

• Identify Leads: Prospect and generate new sales leads across hospitals, private clinics, and diagnostic laboratories.
• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly regional sales quotas.
• Manage Accounts: Maintain robust relationships with existing clients, biomedical engineers, and hospital purchasing managers.
• Prepare Proposals: Draft commercial quotations, tender documents, and product compliance files in coordination with management

Technical \& Product Support

• Conduct Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product presentations and hands-on equipment demonstrations for clinical staff.
• Leverage Tech Background: Answer detailed technical questions regarding equipment specifications, installation requirements, and device maintenance.
• After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the internal service team to ensure smooth equipment delivery, setup, and initial client onboarding.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Technology, or a related science field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience, combining hands-on biomedical technical/service work and/or medical equipment sales support.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of hospital hardware, diagnostic tools, and medical devices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic or other regional languages is a strong advantage.
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally for client visits.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
