Communicate with the target audience, build customer relationships, and develop them.
Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training nannies and/or domestic workers marketed by the center.
Research and analyze market trends, competitors’ offerings, demographics, and other information that impacts marketing strategies.
Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.
Approve all marketing campaigns and plans before implementation.
Maintain a database of all nannies/domestic workers who have been placed to ensure that all records are up to date and accurate, and coordinate with the back office regarding all available resources that should be marketed.
Meet the required number of contracts as directed by the Marketing Officer.
