Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support daily sales operations
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
Follow up with clients regarding inquiries and service requests
Manage customer records and maintain CRM/database updates
Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Handle phone calls, emails, and client communications professionally
Assist the sales team in achieving business targets

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong organizational and administrative skills
UAE experience is an advantage
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification preferred
